All cakes are baked to an approximate depth of 2.5" and in one piece: Boxed. We recommend refridgeration as the preferred means of storage.
Our vanilla genoese is a soft, moist eating cake which will keep in good condition for at least five weeks. It also freezes and defrosts very well, with some customers preferring to work on the bases semi-frozen, particularly when sculpting three dimensional novelty cakes.
Each cake is individually wrapped and packed in sturdy boxes to protect it during its journey to you. Just remove the baking parchment from the base, and your sponge is ready to decorate. .
Please note: cakeboard is not included.
