This luxury White Chocolate paste is made with 28% belgian chocolate, packed in a 2.5kg resealable bag for freshness.

As the paste is made using Belgian chocolate it is naturally quite firm to begin with, through the addition of a little warming by microwave or a warm place, it will become soft enough to knead prior to use, and then can be used in the standard way you might use sugarpaste.
