Packs of 2 (1.25" deep): Boxed. We recommend refridgeration as the preferred means of storage.

Sponge cakes should be decorated and consumed within the "Best Before Date" given. (Usually between 2 - 3 weeks from delivery). To extend life, these cakes are suitable for home freezing and can be stored for up to 3 months.
