This delicius chocolate paste is made from pure Belgian chocolate and glucose. A wonderful modelling material for creating small figures and flowers for decoration. This paste can also be mixed 50/50 with sugarpaste or marzipan for a delicious cake covering. Choclate marzipan is particularly suited for use on chocolate wedding and celebration cakes. 150gm
